This home has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests and can sleep 5 in beds, assuming two people share the double-size bed.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents. NO Smoking on the premises is allowed. One (1) Dog is allowed in this home ($150 + tax pet fee).

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. Beach vacation

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the rental. Good communication with the company. The rental was clean, but seemed to have a lot of fruit flies every day. They didn't really bother us. And be aware that the San Diego airport flight path is right over head, which made it loud at night when trying to sleep. And the AC unit does not turn on in the main bedroom, making it a little muggy when sleeping. However you are literally steps away from the beach which more than made up for the small issues. And the rental comes with beach chairs , boogie boards, footballs and other fun things to use at the beach. At the end of the day, our main goal was to be close to the beach , which this rental has to offer. We would stay there again!

Family beach trip

This property is ok; much smaller than it appears in the photos. Beach gear is in poor shape and all needs to be replaced. The shower in the master bath had a slow drain leaving you standing in a couple inches of water. The kitchen was well equipped with ample plates, cups and cooking utensils. Location is great, only a few steps from the beach and in a nice quiet area of mission beach.

Great location

The location of this property was the best part of it. Hard to beat being steps from the beach and within walking distance of many shops and places to eat. Pros: - Outdoor seating area - AC Units - Some beach supplies - Stocked kitchen - Quiet area Cons: - We had some trouble with the AC. The first night the smaller room was incredibly humid and the second night the AC units tripped the breaker a few different times. You can't run AC in all the spaces (bedrooms and living room) at once. - They have a very strict no early check-in policy so if you are arriving early be aware of that. - It is not the most up-to-date property but it worked well for what we needed - They do have beach supplies but they do not have a working umbrella

The ladder for the top bunk did not have screws in it to secure it which made it dangerous. Management said they would send someone to fix it but when they didn’t show that day I was able to find a screw and repair it. The next day they called and said someone would come out but I said I took care of it. The front patio is not useable because of massive amount of flies on the turf. My guess it’s not been cleaned in a long time. Since we were required to clean the inside that was very annoying not being able to use the patio because of cleanliness

Quiet and steps to beach

This had everything we needed and we felt at home. Parking spot took some getting used to pulling in and out, but we were happy to have an assigned spot. Nice and quiet at night.
