Impeccably decorated kid-friendly, 1-bed condo, lavishly finished to the highest standard. AC installed. Enjoy your own private patio and all that the complex has to offer: pool, 2 hottubs, tennis courts, sauna, and lots of scenic walking paths around the lakes. This amazing condo is minutes to Del Mar and less than a 10min drive to the UTC business district. Coffee shops, salons, restaurants, activities, and groceries all within walking distance. The best thing yet - freeway access is less than a mile away.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
