It was fairly easy to find parking and access the unit on our first day. Being right next to the Smart & Final was really convenient for getting groceries for lunches and dinners. The instructions for getting into the unit were really detailed and made it very easy to access. Everything was nice and tidy upon arrival.Some things that could be improved: - The filter for the water pitcher needed to be replaced so we had to pick up our own waters from the store.- Some of the cookware was not properly cleaned. Skillet had burnt food residue. - If the bulbs in the bedside lamps were warmer it would be a lot less jarring and harsh for the space at night. We found ourselves using the lamp in the living area instead.

Very comfortable and accommodating!

Instructions provided to get access the property were very thorough and easy to follow. Property was portrayed exactly as it was. Very clean, roomy/spacious! Clean towels, plates, silverware dishwasher and even a laundry area! Which, having a 10 mo old baby we immediately put to good use! Parking was plentiful and had no issue finding a space in the lot next door. The only issue was the area/location. Lots of homeless all over, but this is a very minor gripe as the benefit is you're 5 min from everything! The hosts were incredibly easy to reach and fast to respond! Would not have any issues staying here again!

Amazing

Love this place! Walking distance a plus for us because we went to see the Padres game. Grocery store was across the street and the view of the city was beautiful. The communication was also great. I will definitely be staying here again.

Incredible place to stay

Huge apartment--very new and clean, even bigger/better than pictures. Wonderful bathroom, walk-in closet with large bed, and huge kitchen that was stocked with everything needed. The owners communicated quickly and checked in before and after the stay. The grocery store directly across the street had everything needed. There are homeless around the area as well as a fair amount of construction across the street; however, I never felt unsafe (single woman, walking to/from early/late for a conference). I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay

Room was just like pictures on internet. It was clean, easy check in, next to grocery store. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We felt safe in nieborhood even when we walked at night. Good resturants near byby.wildefinitely stay

Fun stay in San Diego

We loved the location and the place was very clean and well set up. The hosts are very communicative and responsive. Our family would definitely stay here again, within walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants and bars although it is downtown so you'll see the usual panhandlers etc which didn't really bother us.

Great gem

We were super happy with our stay in San Diego. The apartment had everything we needed. The staff was attentive, always responding to our requests in a timely manner, and with a helpful attitude. Would stay here again. The location was quick ride to Convention Center where our event was. Knock of 1 point for homeless problem - nothing they can do about that, though.

Valentines week

Host was amazing and super responsive. Neighborhood wasn’t great but we knew that from the listing description and that didn’t matter to us. Smart n final right across the street. Close to Gaslamp and just a short uber ride away to area attractions. Will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Excellent Stay and Convenience

Great hosts, beautiful place conveniently located across the grocery store. While the immediate neighborhood overall is not the best, the property was fantastic and an amazing find overall.
