The place is very clean and beautiful. The location is great for walking to local dining. The staff is very professional, very well trained, very well chosen and very personable. The continental breakfast is simple but of very high quality. They are bicycle-friendly and I was able to keep my bike in the room. The only downside of my visit was related to noisiness. My room overlooked the socializing patio and folks were out there having a great time until around 1 a.m. The toilet gurgled throughout the night. I could hear water constantly flowing through the plumbing in the walls (they may be using a hot water circulation system so that the rooms have immediate hot water). The a/c unit made a frequent clunking noise so I turned it off. However, it continued to make that weird noise throughout the night with it even being off. All of the noise issues could have been limited to this room and I was unfortunate in room assignment. I would definitely go back but would request their quietest room.

Enjoyed my stay here. Quiet. Staff very helpful. My only complaint is that, in my room, the hardwood floors were sticky - not necessarily because they were dirty but they desperately need refinishing. There was no rug, so walking barefoot was icky.
