Below you will find details about our 1 bed/ 1 bath vacation home, Ezzy Breezy Beach Living, located on the 2nd floor of the oceanfront high-rise building Capri by the Sea.
Living is easy at our newest oceanfront condo! Enjoy the beach life with all you need to sleep comfortably, make meals at home, Netflix and chill, cruise the surf and boardwalk, and watch an incredible sunset every evening!
This condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room to maximize the breathtaking views of the ocean. You will love your stay in this conveniently located condo in the heart of Pacific Beach. It is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops and just minutes to the sun and sand!
The open California-style kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating at home with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a standard coffee maker, dishwasher and ample pantry space. The dining table is set for 6 guests, or seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, with hand-held shower head, 2 support bars, toilet with bidet and vanity with cupboard storage.
The bedroom has 2 queen beds, smart TV with cable, luggage racks, portable fan and large mirrored closet. The bedroom and living room have ceiling fans and wall heaters as well. A portable heater is provided in the living room. The slat blinds help keep the room cool and dark for a peaceful night's sleep.
The living room has a queen size pull-out sofa bed, that can easily be returned to a large love seat for a comfortable view of your favorite movie or show, or the activity in the surf and along the beach. The smart TV in the living room also has Spectrum cable.
This condo has high-speed internet access - great for working from home, continuing education, or keeping up with social media presence. Work emails can wait! We provide all the linens and towels needed and a starter kit of supplies so you don't have to run off to the store right away. The outdoor heated pool, hot tub and lounging area is located just east of the main Capri building on the ground level and is accessible with your key fob. Additionally we provide beach towels, and beach accessories.
Capri by the Sea offers every amenity you could want and need for your stay in San Diego. A single parking space is included with your reservation. The rooftop offers 360 views of Pacific Beach, with BBQ grills and picnic tables and lounge seating. A heated (80 degrees) pool and hot tub are located on the ground floor behind the Capri building and are accessible with your key fob. A washer and dryer (coin-operated) are located at the South end of the hallway just outside the condo. A trash and recycling chute is located on the North end. Your key fob gives access to that condo's floor, lobby, rooftop, garage and pool area. Check-in instructions sent via email will provide more details about how to obtain your keys/lock code and fobs.
NEED MORE ROOM? If you would like to travel with extended family or other families, we have four 1-bedrooms and three 2- bedrooms in this building; three in a row on the 9th floor, 909, 910 and 911 plus 1005, 1007 and 1010 right above them.

We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a 'starter kit' to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.

Summer 2024 Policy: Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.
Last Minute Booking Policy: If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.
To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest's face and holding either a Driver's License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as, payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.
This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.
Nightly Minimum Policy: 4 night minimum required in the off season. 6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Great location with beautiful views of the ocean. Quick walking distance to the beach, coffee, restaurant, and shopping. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy! Check in/out was easy. My only suggestion is to relabel the lockbox where the key fob is stored with a contrasting color. The black on black was a little difficult to spot.

Beautiful location, with an easy check in process however upon arrival there was a urine stained sheet and construction occurring directly above our unit. This lead to early mornings of chainsaws and banging throughout our stay. Please note this building also does not have a true balcony, it’s standing room only. The management company seemed very concerned with our issues noted and advised they would take this into consideration but a couple of weeks later and all communication has ceased. The location is great and the unit was well stocked, our stay however was less than great.

Vacation within a vacation
We traveled from our vacation in Arizona to San Diego as a vacation with a vacation. We were very happy with the condo. It was the perfect size for us. The view could not be beat. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was amazing. It is an easy place to walk around in and there are great restaurants everywhere. We look forward to returning someday.

Everything was just as advertised, except the beach chairs were unusable (1broken, 1 difficult to keep upright) and the umbrella was very small. Other than that, everything was fine.
