When you want to venture out a bit, not only will you find several restaurants within walking distance, this property is also within a few short miles of local parks as well as the Torrey Pines Golf Course, SeaWorld, and all the fun and excitement found in downtown SD.

Parking for compact car only!!!

The parking space would fit a couple of motorcycles or a small Tesla since it is mostly taken up by the fire riser and the pedestrian exit to the street level. This should have been disclosed. Reached out to mgmt, was told no other spots were available. Had to street park on one of the busiest weeks of the year (4th of July). Definitely would not have brought a truck, which I scraped going into the garage and did not use again after. (4 door P/u with stock tires and no lift), the steep decline into the garage made it difficult to enter without scraping as the length was a factor as much as the height.This was a cold week in PB and the water in the unit was luke warm, no hot water at all. There was a hot tub to warm up after the beach, but maintenance closed it halfway through the trip. The location was great and the views of the beach from the street level unit were nice. There were great restaurants and shopping near by and the community grill is a Weber, which was nice for grilling. If you’re more interested in the location and not so much the space, this would be a good spot for you.

Location fantastic...unit very dirty

If I only rate by the location then it's a 5! Unfortunately the unit is not kept up...stains all over the two upholstered chairs and sofa. Bed only given a flat sheet. Housekeeping never made ut by to give a fitted sheet. Sham pillows (one side has a middle open slot) instead of fitted pillowcases. Dishes in cupboard had to be washed. Garage code didn't work and had to wait hours before updated coded provided. In unit directions are from prior property management company. NO cleaning supplies...exept a dirty mop left perhaps by the housekeepers. Floor was so bad that we chose to wear sandals/shoes at all times to avoid our feet picking up all that baked in dirt. Toilet handle was broken and repair was made in a day. Bathroom sink which didn't have a stop ended up becoming clog which required a plumber to make the repair...stop costs about $10...plumber cost was a bad choice. Still recommend homeowner clean the unit, clean/replace the furniture. Vacasa was good on the communication....local agent for housekeeping never took care of the proper bedding.

Location was spectacular,but the early morning noise of garbage pickup and construction was annoying. We did not have keys to the trash and laundry room but after a few hours someone came to help us. We also were not provided with access code to the garage and that was problematic for the 1st day until we could reach the local representative. The furniture needs to be upgraded.

Property access code was wrong. Property manager was responsive, but still didn't get it right... had to get the correct code from a property owner. Made property manager aware on the first day that ceiling fan in living room didn't work. That was critical because it was a hot week and that fan was the only way to circulate air. Also raised concern about how the blinds didn't work, so we had no privacy. No response. Renewed my concerns the next day, no response. 5 days in I renewed my concerns and got a feigned response that something was going to be done to fix the problems... then again, bumpkus. The result was that a nice place in a great location was a sweltering sauna all week long. That the toilet ran constantly unless you figured out how to jiggle the handle properly was small potatos compared with the complete lack of response to our concerns about the unrelenting heat in the condo.

Grear Location - Nothing Fancy

Pros Place is in a nice location with the ocean view, which is great. Boardwalk is a few steps down out front. Use a set of stairs about 50 steps down to get to beach just to the right as you leave the building. Plenty of places to eat, rent stuff nearby. I was offered early check in. Did not use the pool, but it looked clean, just small. Having off street parking is a big plus for the area, small space though due to obstructions. Full kitchen if you want to cook, has what you need accept the groceries of course. ;) Surface cleaned and organized. Cons Window blinds don't function facing ocean. Could not drop them to close them. Unlikely, but strings could be a chocking hazard for little ones There was 1 single wash cloth provided for a 7 day stay for supposedly 2 people. 1 hotel sized shampoo and no body soap. CVS close by if need stuff. Texted owner about halfway through to be fai because I made due and had friends in area who helped with same. The garage entrance is steep, so you will want to be careful, and a sports car will likely have issues scraping. The garage space provided is against the wall with pipes in the way. Best for small or compact car Tricky getting in and out of, especially if other spots in use. Unit has no screen door, which would help a lot with cooling the unit down at night in August. (Reminder there is no air which was mentioned.) There is a fan in bedroom closet, but it needs a serious cleaning. Very simple and limited furniture. Furniture is pret

Fantastic location

You cannot beat this location in North PB. Great options for eating nearby and the condo is literally steps away from the ocean. Neighbors were friendly and property management was very responsive.
