Great location awaits in San Diego at this adorable condo. With 2 nice large bedrooms featuring adjustable queen beds and plenty of closet space on opposite sides of living area, 2 pleasant bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Fully equipped kitchen with a nearly new large stainless side by side Refridgerator with ice maker and chilled water in the door including Ninja blender and Kruig coffee maker. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a fitness room, pool, jacuzzi, washer and dryer in unit and WiFi during your stay. Condo comes with two assigned side by side parking spaces in the underground parking garage steps from the oversized elevator. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. GREAT LOCATION!!!! Walk to the trolley station and Mission Valley mall with lots of shops and dining offered. 10 to 15 minute drive from San Diego zoo, beaches, airport, Mission Bay, Sea World, Little Italy, Gaslamp district, Balboa Park and many other San Diego attractions. The HOA requires a 31 day minimum stay and for all adults to sign a lease.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
