Manuel was responsive and communicative during our stay, and we appreciate him working with us when the unexpected power outage occurred. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay due to the electricity being out, but he handled the situation promptly.Aside from that, the home itself was very clean and nicely kept on the inside. The surrounding area was a bit rougher than we had anticipated, but that may have been on us for not being more familiar with the San Diego area and doing more research ahead of time. Overall, the property itself was well maintained.
