Catfish Property
I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The property advertised online was drastically different from what I encountered in person, leading to significant disappointment.
Firstly, the pictures showcased a spacious, clean, and modern apartment. However, upon arrival, it was evident that the photos were either outdated or heavily edited. The apartment was much smaller and felt cramped, with furniture that appeared old and worn out. The cleanliness was another major issue; there were stains on the carpets, dust on the surfaces, and an unpleasant odor throughout the unit.
The “fully equipped kitchen” lacked basic utensils and appliances.
Moreover, the location was misrepresented. The listing described it as a “quiet and convenient” neighborhood, but it was quite the opposite. The noise from nearby construction and traffic was constant, making it hard to relax or sleep. Also, the property was further from key attractions and public transport than indicated.
I would recommend the listing hosts to post pictures of the exterior and be more transparent with their listing descriptions. For what we paid the experience was underwhelming and did not deliver on what was promised.
