Ditch the car and WALK to all the best places in pacific beach. Literally 3 blocks (5 min walk) to the beach, the boardwalk, AND Crystal Pier!
LIVE LIKE A LOCAL! By FAR the best location in PB. Close to the most popular restaurants and bars!
Sleeps up to 6 guests on 2 queens and a full sized pullout couch!! Eat dinner and watch the sun set on your own PRIVATE PATIO!! All new appliances!!
This unit has its own fenced in entrance and private patio! The beautiful private patio is complete with a fireplace and grill for you to enjoy.
We have a laundry room available for guests with washer & dryers.
We live in another unit in the same complex, so we are usually available if you ever need anything! However, we respect your privacy and give you a door code the morning of your reservation, so you will only see us in passing.
We’re in the heart of Pacific Beach, one block off Garnett (the Main Street in PB with all the shops and restaurants). Only a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk! You can’t get a better location than this!
Street parking can be a little harder during the weekends but you should easily be able to find parking within a block or two. Being so close to everything, walking or Bird/Lyft scooters are the best way to get around. If you really need to get somewhere a little further, Ubers and Lyfts are always readily available and cheap.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm!
Any parties will result in eviction with no refunds. We live in the same building and will know immediately, so dont even try it!!
No smoking inside. If you smoke outside please dispose of your butts appropriately.
No confetti! It provides too much extra unnecessary work for our housekeepers.
Please be conscientious of makeup/beverages that stain/etc on the bedding. We may have to charge and extra fee for stained/ruined linens.
Please request the pack&play or extra bedding for the pullout couch before the day of your reservation, so we can have everything set for you when you arrive.

In Town for a wedding, had a great stay here with a couple friends. Nice little back yard area, had no issues parking and super close to hot spots. Would stay again.
