The staff were wonderful and the hotel came with everything you would need. It’s close to all the central things in the city and it felt very safe and clean.

What a cute little hotel. The outside area is adorable. There are lots of amenities. Close walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My room was clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Nice facility with moist rooms and bad management

The hotel facility is good. The rooms are very moist and cold! Makes you sick! We needed to cover up with like 4 blankets. Moreover, we stayed there 6 nights and on last day I asked if we can checkout half hour late cause we were very tired from our 20 hour tour the day before, they said no! Then we left the luggages with the management in the luggage room, they said they charge for every piece of luggage! It's not about the value of the money (we left more than that amount as a tip for the luggage helper).. but I have never seen that kind of service in any hotel, and I have been in plenty. From a hotel that is relatively expensive compared to Mexico, I didn't expect that kind of service and it's not justified!

la habitación estaba en buenas condiciones sin embargo la cama no tanto, después de un día cansado no consigues descansar, las cortinas muy pequeñas y pasan mucha luz y frío también, se agradecen las colchas extras que colocan,el baño muy pequeñito, no es como se muestra en la imagen, las puertas de acceso cierran a las 10 pm y a luces apagadas, difícil de caminar

La vista a los jardines es bonita, el único detalle con eso es que en temporada alta ocupan los jardines como estacionamiento. Además se escucha mucho ruido alrededor. En cuanto a todo lo demás muy bien

El hotel es bonito basico, lo quebmas nos gusto fue su jardin muy cuidado y con flores y manzanas y unas tortugas eso nos encanto fue un plus, el cuarto cuenta con lo necesario se podria mejorar poner vasos para los huespedes y una toalla o tapete para el piso del baño por que si hace falta, el.desayuno muy rico tiene un costo extra pero vale la pena y el personal que atiende es excelente

El hospedaje está bien. Recibes lo que pagas. En las fotos de la habitación se presentan foto de que tiene tina el baño. Realmente no lo tiene y no les interesa si es publicidad engañosa o no. Las camas están muy duras.
