Loved the property layout, lots of spaces yet plenty of privacy. Onsite restaurant a plus. Front desk staff went above and beyond helpful to straighten out an error I had made in booking. Could use a shuttle to town for guests eithout cars. Remote location, so must taxi into San Carlos for dinner ...

They need more/better elevators. Other than that it’s a great hotel, clean, good value - great location.

Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean. For the price, it's a great deal.
