Great guys at the front desk and delivering services such as golf cart ride to the other property and rocky beach, luggage etc. Breakfast buffet has potential but stale muffins and poor quality pastries coupled with watered down juices and coffee kept us from going back. Even the traditional and nicely prepared Mexican dishes were not very flavorful. Construction on rooms above ours left our patio unusable. And the walls in this hotel are EXTREMELY thin. The hotel is also overpriced

Could use a refridgerator an microwave in the room.

Large room was a plus. All tile floors in and out of room makes for lots of noise, especially for floor above. Bathroom sink and shower drain very slow. Large closet and space for clothes. Fin mattress, very rough towels. Great views of ocean from balcony.

They need more/better elevators. Other than that it’s a great hotel, clean, good value - great location.

The renovated rooms were a nice surprise but the ongoing renovation is extremely loud and starts early in the morning. We had housekeeping show up twice to see if we had checked out. Once at 8:30 am! The walls are very thin. You can hear the people in the next room talk and do “other things” all night. We rented a suite and the view was spectacular. Bed sheets for some reason crinkled every time I moved. Bed was comfortable. Sheets not so much. It had a good size kitchen and the room was large. Big plus there. Bathroom and shower is very small. Almost to the point of being claustrophobic. The front desk guy was very helpful. I was disappointed that there was no valet. The bell boy looked like the maintenance guy. In the morning we had to wait fir 30 mi utes fir the bell hop to show up. There’s no room service at night. We were barely able to get some bottles of water. Not the 4 star hotel they are claiming to be. Very far from it. On site restaurant has a very nice buffet and good food. Very nicely decorated as well. No beach but nice swimming pools and very well maintained. Staff was very pleasant. I would go back again mainly based on the fact that it’s one of the few decent hotels in the area.

Beautifully updated rooms in a wonderful location. We had a terrace view of the marina which gave us a spot to watch the great sunset plus the sun hitting the water of the marina in the morning. The only thing I would suggest they change is to add more wash cloths and towels in the bath area.

We stayed for 3 nights starting on March 23rd. Most of the property is under construction, including the lobby. You needed to enter a tiny room to check in. The hotel pool on site is also closed, although they do allow you access to one at their beach club down the road. The restaurant is also under construction and closed, although they were serving a breakfast buffet. We reserved a room with a marina view, and were told it was not available. They told us to check back the next day, and once again it was not available. I feel like I had to pay extra for the marina view, so was disappointed in this. On the bright side, our room was very recently renovated, and the features were new and modern. The beds were comfortable and they had a rain head shower. We have stayed in other hotels in San Carlos, and this is by far the best despite the construction and room issue. I am looking forward to staying again when the construction is complete.

If we knew the hotel was under extensive renovations, we would have stayed elsewhere. Other hotels would be a better choice until work is completed. We made the best of our three night stay. Short walking distance to Tortuga's Bar and Bistro which had excellent live music and good food. Had to take a shuttle to their pool. No hot tub that we saw. Nice views from the rocky beach. Hotel has potential but our stay was disappointing at best.

It was on remodeling and they didn't let me know in advance, no WiFi I the room only in the outside

Hotel room service great, food I'll rate it a 7 other than that everything was awesome views are nice

Nice hotel good installation but the only thing it's when some people try to sale time share or something like that in the same hotel, that's make you feel trapped.
