Breathtaking views & access to lake. Good location, walking distance to both sides of town. Staff was helpful. Had good meals at the on site restaurant. Areas of improvement include cleanliness & WiFi connection. Rooms near the elevator will also incur loud noise.

Old hotel, poorly remodeled. Family trip of nine people, we booked 3 rooms, but we had to switch to four different rooms on different floors because two rooms stink really bad, heat didn’t work with outside temperatures in the 30sF, one bathroom flooded after each shower, and another bathroom had mold all over the shower. Staff was very nice, especially Nicole at the front desk. They did the best they could to help with the place that was a mess. Good location, good breakfast, but still not worth it, not recommended.

Ótimo atendimento, boas instalações e vista linda.

Gostamos muito do hotel, não fica no centro mas tem restaurantes ótimos por perto e o que fica no próprio hotel é ótimo. O nosso quarto era muito bom e se não tivesse o carpete seria perfeito. Apesar de falarem muito nos comentários do barulho do elevador, ouvimos pouco e só depois das 8 da manhã, não nos incomodou.

O hotel é antigo, banheiro era pequeno com teto baixo. Wi-fi não funcionava no quarto e era bem ruim quando pegava. Extremamente barulhento. A porta do elevador do piso 2 (era onde eu estava hospedada) batia e parece q estavam derrubando o prédio. Agora imagina passar a manhã inteira com o entra e sai de gente nesse barulho. Fora que dava de ouvir pessoas conversando. O bom que é pertinho do centrinho e tem estacionamento sem custo.

Atendimento , café da manhã, cama, localização tudo isso excelente. Ponto negativo foi o banheiro. instalações antiga, cortina de plástico o que torna o banho extremamente desconfortável. Chuveiro com problema de vazamento que fazia com que a ducha ficasse péssima para o banho. Fraca, sem estabilizar a temperatura e com o frio que fazia lá com temperaturas entre 2º e -10º o banho tornou-se uma tortura por 5 dias que ficamos no hotel. Acionamos eles no primeiro dia que chegamos sobre isso pedindo manutenção ou troca do quarto e nada foi feito. Nesse ponto a experiência foi muito ruim.

Excelente opção em Bariloche. Todo o pessoal do hotel atencioso e cortês, desde a recepção, serviço de quarto e restaurante. Localização cômoda, apesar de não estar no ponto mais central da cidade, fuçava a poucos minutos de caminhada. Vista espetacular do lago Nahuel Huapi e montanhas. Tem um restaurante no piso do lago, de qualidade e bem aconchegante.

Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e simpática. Localizado à beira do Lago Nahuel Huapi. Vista maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito bom. O banheiro não tem muitas facilidades. Por exemplo, um toalheiro só para toalha de rosto e toalha de banho, tem que sair do chuveiro/banheira para pegar a toalha do suporte. A pia é simples e sem bancada para apoio para dos itens da necessaire. Só tem um suporte bem pequeno acima da pia que não comporta os itens essenciais de uma necessaire.
