Dejé olvidado un artículo de valor en la habitación el día del check-out que desde el momento que me di cuenta me comuniqué con el hotel con la Total confianza de recuperarlo pero sencillamente se perdieron y no hicieron nada al respecto pareciera que no les importa y me parece grave que en el hotel se pierdan las cosas. Personalmente no me da confianza que teniendo la certeza de que están en la habitación una vez habiendo salido de la misma no encuentren y sencillamente se pierdan las cosas. Que pena, esto cambio totalmente nuestra experiencia.

The staff's attention is very good; they are cordial, attentive, and friendly. The environment is pleasant; the breakfast is good and the food in the restaurant is also good. The rooms are large, but not very well decorated. The quality of the construction is poor, and the ambience and decoration are average. The ambience music in the restaurant where breakfast and lunch are served after 8 pm is not adequate in terms of volume (too loud) and the incidence of bass sounds (not recommended for a restaurant). Also, the music from the kitchen sometimes overflows into the dining room, which is not recommended either. What specialists suggest is neutral, pleasant, quiet music at a delicate volume (I emphasize neutrality because this has nothing to do with personal preferences). I would also like to emphasize the importance of these details, especially in an environment such as Bariloche, in itself quiet, where rest is sought. It should be added that, in our particular case, due to the low quality structure of the building, the restaurant's music was heard every day in our room on the first floor. There are many links to expert recommendations on the subject. I think taking this into consideration would be an important plus. Thank you!

At the top of the hills (unpaved path so better to take the upper entrance). Great view, friendly staff, super clean (but the swimming pool), amazing breakfast.

Room was small, dingy and needs a rehab. Restaurant was good for breakfast & dinner. Thank goodness because there's no other options close by. Staff was very responsive and did a great job in cleaning very steep and twisty access road after overnight snow storm. Only stayed one night, but would probably look elsewhere for a repeat visit.

The last 500 meters to the hotel are on a steep unpaved road which is very unpleasant. The reception staff is not progessional, unresponsive and not interested in the well being of the guests. We asked a day in advance for early breakfast(for which we paid as part of the reservation) because of early checkout. Initially we were told that it's not available and after demanding it, we were promised to get a box. In the morning there was nothing and left without any breakfast.

Nice hothel but not so good service

Tha location is so so, if you have a car it is ok. If not then it is a problem as you will need a taxi for every get away from the hotel. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is ok. The front desk staff service needs impeovement as their atitude is not so welcoming.

Lucking the welcome atitude

Nice hotel but a problematic locarion if you are without a car or planning to walk to town. The down of our stay was the staff service. Very distanced staff and reception personal, without welcoming atitude you would expect from this kind of hotels. So overall it is not worth the money we paid.

The property is VERY roomy in the middle of a forest overlooking the grand lake. Hotel is very clean and fresh, and staff is very polite and helpful. Rolando in the front desk went out of his way to recommend a mechanic that worked on the brakes of our car! Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Pastries are fantastic. The entire campus is of excellent quality and close to great dinning. Highly recommended and will stay again!

Great stay

we had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly eventhough our Spanish is limited. The room had a good size, bed very comfy and all clean. The swimming pool was quite crowded though woth little kids. Breakfast buffet had everything you would expect in this kind of hotel. You‘ll need a car to get to the hotel. It‘s quite a stretch outside pf Bariloche center.

Great hotel, beautiful grounds, lovely views, however long way from town and alternate eateries. Also they double charged us and having trouble getting overcharge payment back
