Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.



The ground floor consists of an open area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, connected through big glass sliding doors to a covered terrace, and a separate bedroom area with a king size bed and a private bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of one bedroom with a king size bed, a complete private bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with two twin beds. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden and a private, heated swimming pool.



Top quality materials have been used for its construction, including stone walls. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for two vehicle at main door level, and two garage spaces. It also has access to a bigger shared swimming pool.



The golf resort urbanisation is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses, with special conditions for the guests of the villa. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 30 minutes away.

Classy property in a lovely peaceful area. Supers hotel nearby where facilities can be used. The property could do with some maintenance, repainting inside and outside. Some kitchen cupboards showing their age

Verwohntes, unsauberes Objekt. Kakerlakenbefall. Ramponiertes, teilweise defektes Mobiliar (aussen und innen). Innenbeleuchtung teilweise defekt. Aussen- und Poolbeleuchtung defekt. Dringend renovierungsbedürftig.
