Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped independent kitchen, which is open to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, a living/dining room, connected through big glass sliding doors to the garden and swimming pool area, and a toilet. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a solarium terrace. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a complete private bathroom and a large gazer window with views to the golf course. The second bedroom has a king size bed and direct access to the solarium terrace, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and both share a complete bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden and a private, heated swimming pool.

The golf resort urbanization is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses, with special conditions for the guests of the villa.
