Location: Ideal location, close to shops, restaurants, beach. Hotel: Very nice adults only hotel that offers great service and views. Staff: Great staff who were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The breakfast staff were a delight. Room: Had a partial sea view room which was great. Clean and quiet. I recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

Location: Perfectly located on the promenade with easy access to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the dunes. Hotel: Has everything you need for a long stay. Restaurants, pools, nice balcony, great staff, excellent breakfast. Room: Good size for any length of stay and nice balcony overlooking the water. Staff: Excellent and helpful. Especially the breakfast staff. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

2nd time at this hotel. This time we booked a junior suite which was amazing. Very large room with a double size balcony and sea view Unfortunately on day 3 I fractured my foot. The receptionist Augustin was so helpful I had to purchase a boot for my foot which he helped source for me as well as organising taxis. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff The girls around the pool were also so friendly. Because of my injury I couldn’t get out but the food in the hotel is really nice. Service and food in Calloq are really good.Breakfast lots of choice. Beds around the pool are ample and so comfortable. We will come back and definately get a junior suite

The pool area wasn’t crowded and nicely laid out.

The Room although narrow had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel arranged for a different pillow option. The location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. We found the dinner in the hotel expensive for what was offered (although the accompanying salad bar is excellent.) Staff very attentive.

This hotel is a real find! Stunning location and facilities. Amazing, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. All staff are super helpful, efficient and friendly. Food is delicious at breakfast and amazing evening buffet too. Great value given the quality. Some silly “rules” and “enforcers” did t really detract from an overall very impressive experience.

Great location right next door to Faro (lighthouse). Internal decor is elegant. Has good pool facilities & beach just across foot path. Room was impeccably presented. Staff very friend & attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. One downside is parking (if you’ve hired a car), it quite pricey but we managed to park a block away on street side.
