The food was not the greatest, but the breakfast options were always enjoyable. I found the glass/mirrors throughout the property always smeared & greasy. And the bars in the more convenient places often closed. Housekeeping was lovely and always made sure we had water in the room.

Room clean beautiful veiw of the resort grounds, most of the staff we're great especially at the front desk. Great drinks selection, Spa area was great but massage was a Ok. Needs better entertainment and more entertainment during the day and night and a mixture of food culture eg some Chinese and Caribbean foods , cheese cake, warm melting cake ect. The food became boring after 3 days for me especially the pasta in all flavor and the moose cake in all color.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The food was fine although by our 5th day we had become a little bored of the choices. The pools were nice and there were plenty of sunbeds and none of this "grabbing a sunbed before dawn" nonsense.

6/10 Okay

Hotel more for family whith children - big part of evening entertainment is like a visit to a childrens club whith songs and children running around until very late. Breakfast is super fine and pool area as well - but children running around all the time. If you want a calm holiday - avoid Gloria Palace Hotel and try another hotel +16/adults. The hotel is located on a hill so have good condition also you want to walk to San Agustin center.
