Unbeatable location, close to everything you need, Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Buses, Taxis.

Each room has a comfortable 150cm bed, with quality pillows, our guests praise our beds, Led TV in each room, each room has a large built-in wardrobe to store luggage for both short and long stays.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has everything you may need, whether it is a short or long stay, it has an oven, microwave, toaster, 2 types of coffee maker, Italian or American, juice machine, all kinds of cooking utensils, pans and pots, kettle, kettle etc…

The house has a washing machine and washing machine tablets so you can wash your clothes whenever you want.

It has 1 bathroom with a large shower, plenty of shampoo and towels for the entire stay, as well as a hair dryer and iron for clothes, a clothes line.

The living room is equipped with Led TV, also Satellite Channels, with a wide variety of foreign channels.

The Wi-Fi is exclusive and personal for the house, and it is fiber optic.

Alles sehr schön!

Sehr sehr schönes Apartment. Toller Balkon, sehr schöne Aussicht, liegt im 7. Stock und man kann mit Aufzügen hochfahren. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 20min zu Fuß, aber sehr schöne Gegend zum Laufen, auch der Pool sehr schön!
