The Neighborhood:
Located in San Antonio's lovely Castle Hills. You can expect to be within driving distance of everything you need while enjoying the peace a quiet of a mature neighborhood. Walmart superstore is located only .5 mile away! Less than 20 minutes to both downtown and Six Flags! Only 25 minutes to Sea World

Getting Around:
We recommend a car for transportation. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, there is even room for an RV!

Other Things to Note:
- No parties! If a party is thrown, the police will be called and a fine will be assessed.

- Please drink responsibly. All drinking should occur inside the home in a safe manner.

- Out of respect for our neighbors, please limit noise after 10pm

-The maximum number of guests is 14.

- The person that books the property is responsible for any damages that occur during your stay, accidental or not.

- While no one is on premises so that you have entire private access to the property, I am available by phone if you should have any questions or run into any issues.

I am writing on behalf of 11 women who selected this house after reading all of the great reviews. There were good and bad things we observed in the house and we feel that both should be represented in an honest review. Andre was affable and willing to quickly respond to our requests. The pool was great and we really enjoyed it! Bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The dining room table was great because all of us were able to gather for meals and games. The kitchen allowed for cooks and margarita makers at the same time. The home was not clean however. The kitchen floor was filthy as were vent fans in the bathrooms. The master bath had a vent fan literally ready to fall off of the ceiling! A friend looked for a phone under the sofa sectional and swept out dirt before wanting to do a check.There was mold in the portable ice maker. The freezer ice maker wasn’t working. This should suffice as examples of problems though there were more. Hopefully this review will give the owners a chance to make repairs and bring a lovely home back to its potential.

Enjoyed our trip!

Nice property and we really enjoyed our stay! Communication with host was great but wasn’t very helpful when it came to addressing red hornets in the pool area. Pest control came and told us to let them drink water and leave them alone, which was not helpful and unfortunately as a result we avoided the pool more than we planned. Otherwise great and met all our expectations.

We had a good stay. The house was in a great location. We used the pool a lot and it was great ! Kids had a great time. We had a small issue of water or drain smelling very stinky , in master bath. And the garage door wouldn’t go up on one side of garage, but not really a problem. We had a great family time time in San Antonio.

Beautiful and Peaceful House

Our staycation in this house was a great experience for me and my family! The house is beautiful spacious and nicely decorated. I loved the master suite with the wall lights it made the room elegantly cozy. The kids loved the pool, and the hot tub was a plus for us. My mom loved the kitchen plenty of counter space we dd a lot of cooking. I loved the jack and Jill bathrooms for all the bedrooms that was special ❤️️ the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Overall, it was a nice and memorable stay. The owner was always quick to respond to my questions or any issues we had and that is very important. I was kind of nervous about some things, but He was quick to respond to me to squash any aversions. Overall, the family was happy with everything, and the house is just lovely. There are a few minor things that need some attention otherwise it was a 5 star stay ☺

Family Vacation

WE LOVED IT! This home was an oasis from our chaotic life! Three generations enjoyed the pool, the pool room (my personal favorite), the ping pong table and the waffles ;) The rooms and amenities were above what we expected, especially the kitchen. Great and prompt communications with the owner. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood for a family of noise makers!

Great San Antonio Get Away

House was exactly as described! Amazing pool/hot tub Kitchen was well equipped with essential spices/oil/foil/plastic wrap. Nice complimentary coffee/tea!! Location is great for exploring the city—but in a quiet well kept neighborhood. Property manager was great—good communication prior to, during and after the stay. Would highly recommend for a family or group of friends.

Perfect place to stay in San Antonio!

What a wonderful place to stay as a family in San Antonio! Everything was perfect. The home is very comfortable and there is tons of room to spread out. We are a family of six and with my daughter’s fiancé there were seven of us, and we never felt crowded. The game rooms are awesome, the kitchen is well stocked, and the backyard is absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much!

Great communication

This was probably the best communication I have ever had with management. They did a great job of communication before arrival and they were quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The locations perfect. It is close to everything! The airport is close which is nice. There is a super Walmart minutes away. We went to Sea World, the Caverns, and the Riverwalk and every thing was 30 minutes or less. The house is as advertised. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There a lots of beds and rooms. I love a house that has laundry and cleaning supplies. There are some minor updates that the house needs but nothing significant enough to change my rating.

Castle hills San Antonio

The house was very comfortable with room for all the members of the family. The location was convenient to our family members who live in San Antonio and this was part of the reason we selected the property. There are many board games that kept the children entertained. The hot tub was a nice attraction. The kitchen is well appointed and facilitated being able to have meals at home. There is a garage converted into game room with ping-pong table, foosball table and indoor basketball hoop, there is another room with a pool table. The children enjoyed all these amenities. The heating system did not work during a fairly cold week, the management provided electric heaters and sent a technician to resolve the problem. This may be an ongoing issue as we later discovered several space heaters in the closets. Initially we did not have sufficient towels for all the members of our party, particularly if we wanted to use the hot tub. We requested additional towels and were delivered within a few hours. The house could use a more thorough cleaning; many dust bunnies under beds and couch and behind things…overall a nice property.

Thanksgiving family reunion

The house was the perfect size for a family reunion. Suitable for adults and children. We made use of the pool, pool table and garage game room. The kitchen was large and the table accommodated 12 people. Checkin and out was easy. There was ample parking for vehicles We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again
