Fully renovated and furnished apartment (July 2023) in the center of Pythagorion, 2 minutes walk from the port and the market and the municipal parking at 2 meters. With new aluminum doors and windows with screens, brand new electrical appliances including washing machine, fridge, water heater, smart TV, 2 air conditioners etc. Brand new furniture with 2 sets of bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with half double bunks. In the living room there is a corner sofa that becomes a bed.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
