Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop "Dégagnac" 10 km. Tennis 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Boiler (200 litres). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison sur un très grand terrain. Même si le terrain n'est pas clôturé, nous étions tout de même isolé de part la végétation. Idéal pour séjour au calme. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires.
