La Grange de Latapie

The Latapie barn is an old barn entirely restored with its typical architecture of the Lotoise region. All the rooms are very bright and tastefully furnished with its fully equipped kitchen, living room with table football, piano, library, relaxation area and dining area. Two private terraces are at your disposal with barbecue and plancha where you can relax by the private heated swimming pool. After having taken advantage of this typical, pleasant and restful gîte, come and discover the villages that surround you. Nestling between the Lot and Dordogne departments, many walks and activities will be proposed to you (visits of castles, caves, lakes, rivers, water sports...).On the ground floor: Large living room with fully equipped and integrated kitchenette, very bright living/dining room area, a laundry room and an independent toilet with hand basin. Underfloor heating. Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 double bed (160 cm), 2 double beds (140 cm)) equipped with electric heating with air freshener in each room, a bathroom and separate toilet. Two terraces fitted out with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, half closed ground, garden, portico, swimming pool (10x5) heated and secured by a tarpaulin.
