House with two floors, distributed as follows:
NOTE: WATER CONSUMPTION AND LIGHT OF THE PERIOD WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY.
1st Floor: Balcony, living and dining rooms, toilet, a suite, kitchen, utility room, service area, full employee dependence and covered garage for two cars.
2nd Floor: Mezzanine, four suites and a toilet.
All suites have air conditioning and closets. A suite on the upper floor has two beds type box, with auxiliary beds; the others are equipped with a double bed.
The balconies are a pool table, a foosball table, tables, foosball.
Has a channel point closed with Brazilian Championship A and B and UFC.
Wi-fi is available 24 hours.
Outside, gardens, swimming pool and a gazebo with barbecue (with rotating skewers), a toilet, closet and a brewery.

Perfect Family Vacation

The stay was simply perfect! The house was very comfortable, charming, and well located. From the swimming pool, to the outdoor entertaining area, grill and pool and foosball tables, the house offered wonderful ways to gather, bond, and hang out for all ages. We had a multi-generational family gathering and everyone loved it! The host was very attentive and had attention to all details for a complete stay. The location was great, with a short walking distance to the beach, near the condo park and recreation, and very safe. Plus, the cook recommended by the host made us feel like we were in a hotel! We all gave 5 stars to the stay and experience. Thank you for opening your house to us! It truly felt like home away from home!

Casa maravilhosa, proprietário super atencioso. Ficamos na casa em uma família grande, com vários perfis (idosos, casais, adultos e adolescentes) e todos adoraram. Localização ótima, dentro de condomínio seguro com várias opções de lazer, perto da praia e com comércio por perto. Passei o feriado de novembro com minha família na casa. Ficamos impressionados com a condição da casa. Tudo novo, limpo, áreas internas e externas excelentes. Muito próximo a praia de Guarajuba, fomos a pé todos os dias, além da excelente área de de lazer do condomínio em frente a casa.
