O quarto é bem apertadinho. A cama é muito pequena para um casal, acabávamos ficando praticamente com os pés para fora e dormimos de forma desconfortável. A porta do banheiro está mal regulada, não fica aberta. Tem que ficar colocando algo embaixo para segurar e ela não fechar sozinha. O prédio é novinho, localização excelente, fica ao lado de um supermercado que tem restaurante buffet simples e café da manhã.

ato da reserva relataram de forma escrita percussão próximo, mas na realidade não é. Longe de quase tudo! Tem que atualizar o site e passar a informação certa! Atendimento na recepção não é legal. A limpeza deixa a desejar, e minha experiência não foi tão boa. Teve queda de energia 4 vezes. Tirando isso, o hotel é lindo e a piscina maravilhosa, apenas o flat não corresponde à imagem do quarto selecionado pra reserva, È pequeno demais o quarto de casal, o flat não tem e tudo.

Boa hospedagem

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar com localização de fácil acesso e perto de supermercado e farmácia. Funcionários que trabalham no hotel são educados e prestativos. O quarto é grande com cama boa, mesa para trabalhar com notebook e fazer as refeições é única (não possui mesa isolada), internet de boa qualidade, a parte da cozinha possui basicamente o necessário para cozinhar, fogão elétrico, talheres e pratos são apenas 2 unidades de cada. Em geral percebi um quarto bem limpo, porém o que me causou incomodo foi que no banheiro existe um ralo com enorme cheiro ruim, tive que tampá-lo com colocando algum objeto (lixeira) em cima. Sugiro que troquem os ralos para os que fecham, pode ajudar a reduzir o odor. No geral, é um ótimo local para se hospedar.

It was amazing to stay at Art House by Carpediem. The structure is beautiful, everything is new (which is a five star plus!!!), the reception team was so kind! The pool, workplaces and the gym are hot spots of this stay!

Estrutura muito boa e localização excelente

Flat muito bonito, prático e sem exageros. A localização é perfeita para quem deseja momentos de atividade física e admiração ao mar. O prédio disponhe de uma enfrestutura excelente. A ressalva fica somente para o propriétário que poderia ter atenção melhor com a manutenção do apartamento e também colocar mais eletrodomestico, como por exemplo uma sanduicheira.
