Os apartamentos são bem montadinhos, simples mas bem equipados, com frigobar, fogão, utensílios domésticos, tanque, ventilador. Próximo ao aeroporto e próximo à praia. A região tem muito comércio e bares ao redor o que a torna um pouco barulhenta. Ótimo custo beneficio. Voltaria

Falta de respeito com o consumidor!

Escolhi o Itapuã Residence pelo valor que no momento da reserva estava de 67.00 e pelo apartamento que tinha ventilador de teto e aparentava ser confortável. Ao chegar ao local fui recebida pelo senhor Jorge que me deixou bastante constrangida falando várias vezes que o valor estava errado e que era 80.00,mas já que tinham errado eu iria pagar o valor do site. O apartamento para o qual fui levada também não coincidiu com o que reservei não havia ventilador de teto e ao questionar o Senhor Jorge sobre isso ele me informou que realizaram uma reforma e não tinha mas quarto com ventilador de teto somente ventilador de parede,por sinal o ventilador desse quarto só ventilava a parede. O local quente,muito quente e quando fomos tentar dormir (eu e meu filho) não conseguimos ,quase meia-noite liguei pedindo um ventilador para colocar em uma cadeira. Vale ressaltar que no mesmo dia consultei o site e o apartamento que eu tinha reservado estava por 116.00.Achei uma falta de respeito, pois se erraram o preço a culpa não foi minha e outra é necessário atualizar as fotos para de fato hospedar os clientes no quarto reservado. Não indico esse lugar e informo que bem ao lado existe uma pousada de 100.00 a diária casal com ar,piscina e café da manhã.

Razoável

Havia muitas formigas no local: na cama, mesa, pia etc; é praticamente uma kitnet, com quarto junto à cozinha. O quarto é para acomodar até 2 pessoas mas havia 1 cama de casal + 1 beliche (cheia de cupins ou traças) e, por causa da beliche, deixou o espaço do quarto muito apertado, tendo de caminhar "de lado" para ir até o banheiro e vice-versa. Não havia como lavar roupas em máquina pois havia apenas um tanquinho simples (não elétrico). O wifi funcionou normalmente. O local é perto de mercadinho, Subway, Acarajé da Cira, Tapiocaria, avenida e a praia de Itapuã.

Apartamento bem confortável, limpo, organizado. O local fica próximo a linda orla de Itapuã,há vários pontos turísticos próximos e aeroporto. Além disso há uma pequena praça onde pode-se alimentar e divertir-se. Valeu muito a pena. Ano que vem estarei ai novamente. Uma dica para o próximo viajante: alugue um carro!
