Maristela foi incrível, deixou o apartamento lindamente decorado para o carnaval e com vários mimos para os hóspedes. Muito educada, disponível, facilitou o processo em todos os momentos. Apartamento muito bem localizado na barra, pertinho de onde saem os blocos de carnaval, padaria na frente, ponto de mototáxi muito próximo. Apartamento estava limpinho, organizado, uma graça. Ficaria de novo com certeza.

A descrição do anúncio foi realmente o que encontrei. O apartamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado. Os pontos de ônibus próximos facilitam muito a locomoção para quem está sem carro. Há restaurantes, padarias, supermercado, praia, tudo muito perto. Maristela se mostrou muito disponível para ajuda durante a hospedagem. Adorei a estadia e recomendo o imóvel.

O processo de elaboração do contrato foi muito tranquilo. Fomos muito bem recepcionados na chegada, o imóvel estava limpo e em muito bom estado de manutenção. A cozinha é realmente muito pequena se você desejar cozinhar, mas os eletrodomésticos funcionam perfeitamente. O chuveiro é ótimo e o apartamento além de ter o ar-condicionado é bem ventilado. Os porteiros são muito gentis. Salvador está muito mais bem cuidada do quê há 3 anos quando estivemos lá. O Porto da Barra é uma praia absolutamente maravilhosa. Recomendamos e esperamos voltar.

Adoramos Salvador e ficamos muito satisfeitas com o apartamento. A localização do apartamento nos permitiu estar em pouquíssimos minutos na Praia do Porto da Barra e desfrutar do maravilhoso mar. A negociação com a proprietária do apartamento nos tranquilizou muito, já que residimos em um estado distante da Bahia e estávamos receosas de locar um imóvel por contato telefônico, mas percebemos a seriedade, acessibilidade e profissionalismo por parte dela. Fomos recebidas super bem no momento da entrega das chaves, estando o apartamento organizado e limpo. Já chegamos de viagem recomendando o apartamento aos familiares e amigos. Conhecemos vários pontos turísticos de Salvador (Mercado Modelo, Elevador Lacerda, Pelourinho, Igreja do Bonfim, Museu da Igreja Ordem Terceira Secular de São Francisco) além de experimentarmos pratos típicos da região (acarajé, camarão, caldo de sururu). Visitamos também a ilha de Vera Cruz, uma graça de lugar! Enfim, foi incrível! Valeu muito a pena! Visitem Salvador e se hospedem a 100 metros da Praia do Porto da Barra! Ótimo preço, ótimo bairro, de acordo com o anúncio no site, podem acreditar! Boas férias!

Estou muito satisfeita pela estadia nesse apartamento. A localização não poderia ser melhor, bem próxima à Praia do Porto e com diversidade de serviços na região. O apartamento é bem aconchegante, funcional, mobiliado na medida para a necessidade do viajante. E ainda conta com a vista de um bosque lindo. Os funcionários do prédio são muito prestativos e atenciosos. Vale ressaltar a atenção, organização e seriedade da proprietária. Recomendo!!!

Bem recebidos com muita atenção da proprietaria, tudo agendado com antecedencia e organizado. Ap.muito bem localizado, limpo com todos aparelhos domésticos descritos no anuncio e perto da principal praia. O unico detalhe diz respeito a quem vai de carro. Não tem estacionamento por perto e a parada na frente do predio e de minutos. Felizmente conseguimos com o porteiro, alugar um box na garagem do mesmo prédio a um custo de 100,00 Fora este detalhe, recomendo pois foi tudo perfeito.

Carnaval de salvador

Para nós que fomos pela primeira vez ao carnaval de Salvador, acertamos em cheio no quesito localização! Fomos também muito bem recebidos!! Vale enfatizar que de uma lado do prédio temos a calmaria com a vista para um bosque, e do outro, a rua do frevo, super movimentada!!! Cheia de turistas!! Gostei do apartamento muito bem localizado perto de tudo, usei o transporte coletivo para me locomover na cidade, tive um excelente atendimento pela proprietária que é muito atenciosa. O único inconveniente foi a falta de garagem, pois há uma carência de estacionamento no Porto da Barra. Com certeza alugarei novamente se for sanado este inconveniente.
