4 bedroom beach house with stunning views on the banks of river Jacuipe, Barra do Jacuípe, Bahia, Brazil, 30km from Salvador airport.

This pleasant house has great views and a gate that leads to a beautiful river beach. The shady beach with white sands just outside our gate is visited mainly by residents of this small secure private residential estate.

The Jacuipe river, with its clear waters and sandy bottom (not muddy) is ideal for swimming, fishing, kayacking and boating.
The Barra de Jacuipe beach is 500 meters via the river or 1.000 meters by the road.

The kyosk, by the pool, has a large brick barbecue, pool table and a toilet.

The large delightful veranda leading into the swimming pool deck area has beautiful river views and is surrounded by lots of green.
The living room, open plan with the bar has WI-FI internet, a big plasma screen TV, staellite TV, CD and DVD player.

The kitchen has a convenient pantry and is well-equipped with kettle, 5-bruner stove, microwave, large fridge, separate freezer, blender, sandwich maker, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and cooking appliances. There is also another fridge behind the bar and yet another one in the kiosk.

The 4 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms are spacious and airy, have split air conditioning and ceiling fan. Our good showers are heated using the always present power of the Bahian sun.
Sliding netting on doors and windows of the upstairs rooms makes them even more airy.

Each room has a wardrobe with hangers, artisanal bedside lamps, a chair, cotton sheets and very good towels.
