This house has so much to offer! Ample parking for your vehicles and boat/trailer. Public beach access a couple minutes away. Walking distance from Homers Point Marina & Pub, Crab Shack, Anchor Pizza, Scoops Ice Cream, and Dollar General. Local park just a short walk away. Located right in the middle of Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, both being 12-15 minutes' drive. House is well furnished and also includes a playground for your little ones and fenced in area to keep them safe. Within a couple minutes' walk to Salter Path Recreational Area and playground as well. The kitchen is well furnished for those who like to grab some seafood and cook at home to avoid the long waits at the restaurants. You will feel like you are right at home with this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. *Note-Sleeps 9 comfortably- 2 in king bed, 2 on futon, 2 in queen, 2 in queen bunk and 1 in twin bunk*

Great location!

If you want a relaxing time at the beach this is a great place to stay! Several public access spots are less than 5 minutes away and you can walk to a great seafood restaurant and pub with love music!
