Minutes from Sugar House and downtown SLC, you’ll enjoy easy access to both city life and outdoor adventures. All six of Utah's world-renowned ski resorts are 35 minutes away! The S-Line streetcar stop is a 3-minute walk if you are using public transporation.

Enjoy a well-appointed, comfortable living space with plenty of room for everyone. The home boasts two separate accommodations, making it ideal for larger groups and families. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Whether you’re sharing the space or enjoying some independence, there is plenty of room for everyone to unwind. There are two dedicated workspaces which makes it easy to work remotely in comfort. Whether you're hear for a relaxing vacation or productive stay, this home has you covered.

There is a door in the basement kitchen that connects both units and will be unlocked so you will have full access to the house.

There is a low spot in the basement bathroom so if you are taller than 6’2” you will need to watch your head.

This rental has everything you expect in a rental, and does everything right. You expect clean; it was spotless. You expect furniture; everything was in excellent condition and arranged to make the rooms comfortable to live in. You expect a stocked kitchen; everything we needed was there in a labeled cupboard or drawer so it was easy to find and put away. It was lovely.

Great place for a visit to Salt Lake City. The layout of the property was great and worked perfectly for our group. The property owner was quick to reply when we had a question. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
