★ HOUSE RULES ★ 1. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Registered and Approved guests only on the property. No parties/events. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests unless you’ve received prior approval, and the extra guest fee has been paid if applicable.
2. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the other guests and the neighbors at all times, including daytime noise levels.
3. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: Smoking or drug use indoors is strictly prohibited. If you choose to smoke outside, it must be done on the sidewalk, away from the house.
