The apartment was super clean and the surrounding apartments and area were very quiet. Two things: Since you are unable to contact a person for any questions that you may have, the “welcome package “ should be on the table/ counter, a place that you will not missed. Also, the only thing that could entertain us was a movie, and the internet was failing all the time, it was really bad. Overall, not a bad experience. By the way, the white sheets were squeaky clean and I loved it!

Well equipped unit. The only drawback was the lack of instruction on how to lock it, once one left the apartment, specially considering there was never no one in the office and the automated phone instructions did not offer an option for that problem.

Wish we were there longer!

Apartment was so cute! We loved just hanging out in there and inviting the friends we were visiting over. The location was perfect as well, and we were lucky enough to be there for the Annual Maven Block party. Parking was no issue either

I do not believe the room was cleaned after the guests before me. Garbage was left in the kitchen, dirty towels were on the bathroom floor and I don’t think the bed was flipped because it wasn’t made. Kinda gross

Super cute condo made for comfy visit to SLC. Fully kitted out (dishes, ice, towels, laundry and dishwashing detergent, hair ties and other products!) with anything you could need to order dinner in, watch a movie or get out and enjoy the city or surrounding areas. Getting in and out with my unique building code was super easy and even as a staffless unit, felt super safe. Only question I had was if we needed to take out the garbage which wasn’t included in FAQs recorded on the phone number and then couldn’t get someone on the phone to verify. Only nit: the washer-dryer was a combo unit (not separate washer/dryer) so small by American standards and length of cycles to wash and dry makes getting any laundry done take longer. Not a big deal if just in for a weekend but was getting my daughter setup with new clothes, gear, towels, etc. for an upcoming camping trip. Looking forward to returning very soon!!!

Hi! For context this is my first time in Salt Lake City and I was solo traveling. I found Maven Stay, maybe after two months of them opening. My main attraction to this particular location was the easy access to food, in case I didn’t feel like leaving the place. Firstly, thank you to the Maven crew! This place is well designed and upkept. The instructions were clear and standard. The mishaps I had were purely because I didn’t read them correctly lol. When I got into the place, it was clean and fully stocked with more than what I thought I needed. Shoutout to women! Women have a manner of being prepared and efficient that *sometimes* men won’t think of. From the coffee to the tampons in the bathroom, there were small details that I can appreciate! The place was so quiet, I thought the residents may have been out of town lol. The community (few blocks) are weekly established and kept clean. Something I didn’t know about SLC was the homeless community, BUT I can say I never felt unsafe while walking around the city and neighboring areas. I’ve been to Phoenix and LA and had no encounters, compared to those cities. I highly recommend Maven for any woman, solo traveler, or traveler period!

Maven Stay was a wonderful experience! The unit was very clean and comfortable. There were many thoughtful details such as a full kitchen and washer dryer hair dryer, cookware, a gym across the hall from us as well as shared outdoor space. They even had dish soap and laundry tablets, a cushy looking bed for your dog if you brought one with you. We loved our stay.
