Our property features a very steep driveway, which may be icy or snowy in winter months. For your safety, we strongly recommend a 4x4 vehicle or one equipped with snow tires.
The property features both an Upstairs and a Downstairs apartment, with your accommodation located in the spacious Downstairs unit. With a separate entrance and dedicated parking area, you'll have complete privacy and convenience.

You'll have exclusive use of the entire downstairs area, and ample parking is available under the driveway. The property isn't visible from the road, so we suggest using GPS to locate it. Look for the house number on the light post at the top of the driveway, then drive down the cement driveway to the lowest parking area. There's enough room to turn your vehicle around easily. Your entrance is visible once you've parked, and it's secured with a coded keypad lock. At night, sensor lights will activate as you approach the parking area, driveway, and apartment.

The hot tub temp showed it was set to 104 but the water temp reached no higher than 99. The water level was way too low and of the 16 adjustable jets, 5 had been replaced (new color) and 11 were broken and just flopping around. The tub was basically useless. So, I tried to take a hot bath but the tub drain would not seal so the tub would not fill.

The location, amenities, and communication with the host were all top notch. I stayed with my brother to ski at Snowbird, and all our needs were met. It was a 20 minute drive up the canyon, the kitchen was well equipped to cook our Costco-provided meals, and I received responses to any questions minutes after sending them.The only potential drawback is that there is zero noise isolation from the upstairs unit. I think we got lucky with the upstairs unit being empty for most of our stay because it was occupied for our last night and we could hear normal conversation almost perfectly.

We appreciated the convenient location and the space was clean.. However, there were a few things that made our stay less comfortable. The rental is the bottom level of a home, and noise from upstairs carried quite a bit, especially in the evenings/early morning. There were also many posted rules and frequent reminder texts, which made the stay feel a little less relaxed. The yard around the property also felt a bit unkempt, which took away from the overall first impression. Lastly, the main windows didn’t have curtains or blinds, so privacy was limited.Overall, it worked for a short stay

Good base for ski vacation
We enjoyed staying here for a ski vacation, it was convenient to drive to both canyons from here.
The place was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were thoughtfully stocked. The hot tub was clean and worked fine, has a nice view of nearby park/trees.
We were impressed with how big the place was, there are several living spaces to hang out in besides the 2 bedrooms and kitchen, would be plenty of space for a big group.
The house and the neighborhood are very quiet, I'm a light sleeper and didn't have any issues.
Overall, I recommend staying here.
