The kitchen is well-lit and equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. The table can seat 6 and the adjoining kitchen counter can seat 4 more people.

There are 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom and a laundry room combined with a half bath on the main level. One of the bedrooms comes with a queen bed, a nightstand, and a desk with chair. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and 2 nightstands.

The living room on the main level comes with a TV with premium audio, a gas fireplace, 2 leather sofas, a coffee table and 2 end tables.

Walking down to the basement, you will find a huge family room with another sitting area, a foosball table and a gaming table with various popular board games. The sitting area comes with a TV, a wood burning fireplace, a leather sofa, a coffee table and an end table. There is a smaller refrigerator in the mechanical room, making it convenient for the guests living downstairs.

You will also find 3 more bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a second laundry room in the basement. All bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, a desk with chair and a nightstand.

The garage is equipped with drainage floor tiles, a 10-pair ski rack, a bench and a boot warmer.

2 floor mattresses will be provided to a group of more than 12 guests with a fee.

Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee.

You can walk to Smith's, Harmons and Walgreens grocery stores and various restaurants including the Pie Pizzeria in a few minutes. The newly opened H Mart is 5 minutes' away.

It will be really convenient to walk to the Jordan River Utah Temple via a secret walkway at the end of the street.
