T2 in a pretty Catalan village on the ground floor, make the most of the SOLEIL (300 days / year in our region) terrace and enclosed garden 80 m² + semi outdoor jacuzzi and small relaxation room, games room (table football, games of society for all ..) and fitness room, available and privatized by reservation (table at the reception), 15 minutes from the sea, WIFI - ANIMALS welcome! (warn to welcome him)
Short stays possible 2,3, 4 depending on availability.

Weekly rate between 420 € and 600 € depending on season.

ACCOMMODATION: Living room very bright with sitting area (sofa bed convertible) TV and Wifi - Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, microwave. Large room with comfortable bed 140, dressing, storage - tiled bathroom with shower, sink, separate toilet - sheets and towels provided! Baby equipment available on request.

Enjoy the comfort of the pretty village of Salses le chateau, with all facilities nearby (SPAR 100 meters, restaurants, butcher, bakery, beauty salon ...), its fortress, animations, the beaches of Leucate, Barcarès, Canet , Sainte-Marie at 15 -20 minutes.

Un très "chouette" séjour

Nous avons passés 2 semaines très agréable en famille dans ce gîte. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et notre chienne l'accueil toutou. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour découvrir le pays Catalan et les plages de la côte. Nos enfants ont pu profiter avec plaisir des aménagements proposés ( salle de sport, jeux et jaccuzi). Très pratique le kit d'arrivée ( lessive, produit lave vaisselle, café, boissons, ...). C'est avec plaisir que nous séjournerons de nouveau à la chouette escale si nous revenons dans la région.

Séjour parfait

Un accueil très chaleureux par un couple très sympathique et disponible. La prestation est de très bonne qualité avec tout le confort à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La présence du jacuzzi et de la salle de jeux permet à chacun de se détendre. Situé dans un village accueillant et au centre d'une région magnifique. Nous recommandons favorablement cette prestation.

Excellent Séjour

L'appartement est réellement sympathique, le jardin est bien entretenu avec une terrasse ombragée très agréable pour pouvoir manger à l'extérieur, il comprend une grande chambre, un salon salle à manger cuisine très bien aménagé et pensé, situé à 2 minutes à pied de la forteresse de Salses, les propriétaires sont très agréable et notre chiens a très bien été accueilli, l'appartement comprend tout ce qui est nécessaire à un bon séjour, il est possible de profiter du spa comme de la salle de jeu, l'appartement se trouve à proximité d'une supérette ainsi que de quelques restaurant.

Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour à Salses le château dans cette maison très spacieuse décorée avec goût et avec un équipement tout neuf rien ne manque . Le coin repas ombragée nous ont permis de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur et de passer d'agréables moments de détente. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des commerçants du village, surtout le boulanger situés à quelques minutes à pied de la maison. Nathalie et Jean Michel les propriétaires sont très accueillant et à notre écoute . Une très belle adresse pour découvrir la région.

Nous recommandons ce gite.les proprietaire tres sympa ,pour notre fils la salle de jeux etait un grande decouverte un flipper des annees 80 Logement impec.terrasse sous deux magnifiques platanes muriers ombre assuré Le prix va avec la qualite du site
