Rooms were old and dirty. The service was terrible, the room didn't get cleaned and we had no fresh towels 2 days in a row. The parking was very limited and we had to move a large flower pot to park on the front entrance. Free breakfast was just cut up muffins, toast and cereal, so we had to go the a restaurant for breakfast which cost more money. the mini fridge was dirty and smelled. We felt gross when we left!. We will never stay here again and it's not worth more the $97/ night we paid.

This was positively the worst experience my family ever experienced. Got these rooms through Expedia. we (the 7 of us and a dog )prepaid 5 months prior to this date June 10th 2017...our parents 50th anniversary. long story short...manager called cops..after 2 hours at front desk " felt threatened " when my sister said she would chuck her the 25.00.....which was later confirmed through voice mail. the reason my sister said that...is they initially said she should pay $200.....what? ?? after my sister said I will chuck u the $25. ...manager puts up her hands and said u r not staying here....now 2am....tired.....cops are called.... police stated this situation could be a lawsuit....which will be followed through with. manager stated she has no recollection of a conversation with my sister....well luckily for my sis she has it all recorded....months prior..... I discourage u to stay here. Podollan I'd beautiful. Gorgeous pool. Travelodge equally as great. ...anywhere but here......

We booked this motel through a booking agency and were told it was great value at 94 Canadian Dollars as it was half price. The booking could not be cancelled as we booked the same day. When we got there it was a tatty motel that no one would pay 188 dollars for never mind half that! The room was ok. Clean bedding and clean bathroom but smelled of sweat! The staff were ok and gave us an extra pillow. I felt very conned because it was obvious that the place would never get guests to pay 180 dollars and that the 'half price' thing is a con. Would not recommend or stay here agin.

was travelling to salmon arms to find my daughter who dissPEARED LAST APRIL I must add to no avail I did not find her this time but I,ll be back when the weather gets better, had a person pay for my room for me after the firats night but seemed to be a problem the next day lack of communication between shifts and had to call me to see if I was stayn they should have known the room was paid for and a deposit made ,.

The manager was always friendly helpful and knowledgeable of the area nice restaurant you can walk to room was clean and comfortable great value for a great price fast food venues you can walk to tlm hortons macdonalds home restaurant is very nice two gas stations very near pool ice rink lawn bowling horseshoe pits gym and more you can walk to.

Its worth paying a few dollars more to stay somewhere else. The mattress was uncomfortable, pillows are flat, comforter wasn't comforting. No nightstand or clock. The toilet made a loud noise at random that was so loud it would wake us from our sleep. I booked tge room online and due to a highway closure the following day we had to extend our stay however, I was made to pay a higher rate for the second night. If I was to stay in Salmon Arm again I'd pay more to stay elsewhere.

Good cheap rooms, a bit tired but reasonable value. But the position close to the highway and by traffic lights means vehicle noise can be annoying if your room fronts the highway. Trucks ought not to use airbrakes but they do. The traffic lights are also on a hill so vehicles are slowing down and or accelerating away. If you stay here suggest you go to the Barley Brew pub for dinner. The food is great and the beers too!

We stayed at the this hotel for 5 nights during the U16 BC Cup. The price was right and they were located right across the highway from the rink. Yes, this is an older motel, but everything is clean and tidy and smells fresh! That part to me is super important!! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were actually really comfortable too! The only thing that could use some improving is the breakfast - it would have been great to see some fruit out, or maybe even some hard boiled eggs (and maybe some better tasting juice adn coffee)...but they DO offer the fresh waffles from the waffle maker (not toaster ones) so that was great! There is a pub directly behind the hotel, a McDonald's on the one side and Mac/Gas Station on the other with a gorgeous grocery store just down the street and a Tim Hortons across the highway. Great location if you are there for hockey! ;) All in all, i would absolutely stay here again.

Terrible customer service at front desk. Double charged me for room on credit card - when called for correction no apology or acknowledgement of error. Room had a coffee maker with no coffee or tea. Again, no apology, just a statement that must have been missed. Second time staying location..no improvements...not again!

Have stayed at many Super 8's , always great value but the room carpet was very badly soiled and dirty marks ont he side of the matress,
