The first thing that showed us what was to be was the keys did not work in first room, had to hike back down two sets of stairs. We immediately noticed 3 other guests returned to desk also to get their new keys reprogrammed
First room had no lights when the switch at the door was turned on- ended up there no lightbulb in the lamp
Room 1 smelled very strongly of smoke
Tv did not work in first room, when checking power outlets the dust and cobwebs behind the cabinet were very thick
Same dust and lack of cleaning evident in room 2 that we were given after the problems continued in first room.
Only two flimsy small bathtowels in first bathroom for 2 adults staying for 2 days.
In second room both pillow cases on the bed were used and dirty, I switched back those pillows to the first room to get clean pillowcases.
When curtains were opened in second room there was a partly drunk large drinking glass on windowsill and several sets of keys from another room also there
Hallway did not get cleaned or checked all the first afternoon and evening- it needed food cartons picked up and to be vacuumed of mud and debris
Old food in a Tupperware in fridge in room 2, sugar missing from coffee machine in room 2.
Breakfast selection very poor choices- no decaf coffee choice or tea choice, no yogurt on second morning.
