The receptionist Diane was sooo friendly and welcoming! The room was clean and impressive in appearance! The elevator was out of order but we didn’t mind the stairs. Overall a great experience!!

The elevator was broken, so the luggage had to be carried up by way of the stairs. The breakfast buffet was out of food and even though we and other lodgers waited for over thirty minutes, the only thing refilled was the pan of biscuits. We didn't attempt having breakfast at the hotel the second morning due to the issues of the previous day.

Checking in was fast & easy. Unfortunately, the elevators were not functioning, but they gave me a room on the 3rd floor just as I asked & close to the stairwell, but not adjacent to it. The room was fantastic. Spacious and as neat and clean as it could be. The traffic noise was annoying, but at least I had a room on the backside of the building. Overall it was a very good stay.
