➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.





➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys.



➞ We're like a hotel without staff. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.



➞ We provide professionally cleaned, good-quality linen and towels.



➞ Please note that we require all our guests to provide the names of all guests staying and lead guest ID before check-in, which will be requested through a secure link via the Airbnb messaging service. This is for security and insurance purposes only.
