Nice facility, clean and friendly.
Very nice place!!
the bed in room was a really old mattress. sagged and bumpy. needed to be replaced a long time ago. not much sleep.
The property itself was very nice and well kept. Rooms were lovely and the bathrooms were very nice. Unfortunately, when I booked the room it said masks were not required for vaccinated people, but when we got there they suddenly were. I assumed it was a recent change within the last few days since I booked, but after overhearing a lot of talk between other guests, it seems very likely that masks were always required - kind of a bait and switch to get people to book as it was obvious the place was very low on guests. Also, beverage service was pretty much non-existent and the slots were set very tight. I expect to lose money at a casino, but I expect some entertainment for that money. I did not spend a lot of the money I intended to because it wasn't fun, couldn't get a drink, had to wear a mask despite my vaccination status, and there is no smoking anywhere inside. All in all not a casino experience at all. Why not at least turn the little enclosed non-smoking casino into a smoking casino? Is it not enough that the non-smokers get the whole rest of the place? Despite it being a nice place, due to everything else I will never likely come again.
all fine
Folks here were really friendly. This was a very convenient place for us to stay enroute to our destination.
70 dollar resort fee. Security guards need to be better trained
It was easy to get around the the food was good. Rooms were clean and nice to have parking garage.
The bell hop and the parking service were exceptional.
lack of rest rooms and lack of ticket cash in kiosks on the gaming floor
Room was beautiful with nice sheets, towels and bedding. Big screen tv and mini fridge. Roomy walk in shower that is very well lit. Didn’t have much interaction with staff except front desk and she was very sweet. Gift shop is well stocked with gifts for everyone and reasonably priced.
Nice hotel and staff cleanest a plus casino and food good service.
We had a very nice visit. The room was great! The food was great and the casino was fun. Would love to come back!
Passing thru from Chicago needed to break up the long drive back to ct
Arrived and had no issues checking in - quick, easy and helpful, friendly staff. We had dinner at the hotel Casino buffet and that was also excellent. The pool area was neat and clean, water was on the chilly side but could live with that. The only issue I had was not winning at the Casino.....but that's to be expected.
Four of us went up for a friend's birthday. I've stayed there plenty of times in the past..never had a problem.. Booked our room online. Site info said check in time was 4p.m. we thought that was pretty late so we left our town late. Checked in o.k. Didn't appreciate the resort fee of $20 but didn't complain. The birthday boy had to get a duplicate players club card..on the day of his birthday...girl was kind of rude..no happy birthday mentioned..and didn't get any birthday money like they usually do comped on his card. Had a nice time..didn't win but that happens..lol Check out is at 11a.m. Check out counter is busy with 3 women CHECKING IN. They got their room keys and left. I asked what time check in was and girl says 1 p.m. I asked why those women got to check in at 11 and she says..oh..you can..we just prefer after 1 p.m. I said I'm not happy that I lost 5 hours of room time...we would have left to come in the morning...no apology or nothing..she just asks how I am paying the resort fee. If they are losing business..I think it's by the way they are treating people.
