Great experience at this condo! We've stayed in the area before. The unit has a single bedroom downstairs (king-size bed) with a queen and bunk beds in the loft upstairs. The unit was well equipped and comfortable. The host provided great instructions on getting in, thoughts about non-ski activities (although we skied the entire time), and was responsive when we had a couple small things come up.

Perfect Stay

This condo was perfect for my daughters and me. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The owner checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and was quick to respond the one time we had a question. We would highly recommend staying here during your visit to Ellicottville. We will definitely be coming back!

The curtain rod was pulled off the wall and there was another thing missing a switch. The stairs are very narrow. It’s nice and clean and I loved it had extra towels and pillows. It was nice. The a/c wasn’t really big enough for the place. Upstairs was warm but it was unusually warm at the time. There needs to be a trash dumpster closer. It’s a cute condo. I’d go back! Reasonably priced too!

Cozy space with family

Everything was great. The kitchen was especially well equipped for a rental unit. I usually end up needing something- but this owner thought of everything. Beds were comfy and we really enjoyed the fireplace. Also, there is a nice hill for sledding right our side the unit, which was great for kids. Also it was nice that there were plenty of paper towels, laundry soap and a few kitchen staples like, olive oil, salt and pepper. We would definitely return!

Very cozy

The space was tight but we had friends over during our stay and it didn’t seem cramped at all. Very cozy and comfortable. Clean, quiet, and had all the amenities! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great condo, great location. Everything was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here with a family. The only thing I didn’t like was 10 am checkout it is tok early . It should be 11am checkout like it says on the sign inside the kitchen.

Great ski and stay weekend

This was a great set-up for our family weekend. The upstairs loft was perfect for the 3 teenagers who had no problem navigating the spiral stairs. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and I loved that some basic staples like coffee and filters were left there. We were not able to utilize the ski in/ski out feature as the lift outside our door was not running (not enough snow). However this was not an issue at all as the free HV shuttle service provided immediate around the clock service. Be sure to pack folding camp chairs if you want yo sit on the deck but we didn’t sit out there since we got plenty of fresh air on the slopes. We will definitely stay here again!

Slope Side

Location for skiing is the best. Ski in , ski out. The VRBO ad did say cable TV and there was not cable TV. But that’s ok. Condo was well equipped kitchen was well appointed. Quiet comfortable clean. Could have used a couple of deck chairs for the balcony. But once again not super important. Enjoyed and certainly would stay there again.

Great option for Ski-in/Ski-out accommodations

It was the perfect spot to stay for skiing. It was convenient to have secure storage lockers for our ski gear. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our kids were able to bring their small suitcases up the spiral stairs, but adult bags remained on the first floor because it is a very tight staircase. There were plates, bowls, pots and pans and utensils. While we only had 5 people, we ate every meal in the condo. There were only 5 large plates and 5-6 bowls and 5-6 salad plates and 3-5 glasses and coffee mugs. So unfortunately, we had to run the half empty dishwasher after every meal so we would have plates, etc for all 5 of us the following meal. Overall, it was easy and we enjoyed our stay!
