10日程滞在させて頂きました。 西浦和駅徒歩15分程の立地で、周りにはコンビニしかありませんが中期滞在には困りませんでした。 部屋も開く最低限清潔に保たれていたお部屋なのは良かったです。 しかし、1Fの立入禁止エリアには人が住んでいることが知らされておらず、最初は不安に感じました。 管理者が中華系の方ですが丁寧に話は聞いてくださいました。
