Nestled in the heart of a property surrounded by woods and pastures, this spacious 245 m² cottage is the ideal getaway, combining relaxation and outdoor activities.

- 55 minutes from the International Centre for Cave Art Lascaux 4
- 25 minutes from the Tourtoirac cave
- Close to Brive (34 km), Sarlat (67 km), and Périgueux (50 km)
Cottage features:
This bright house, facing east and west, includes a private terrace and a rustic 1300 m² orchard with seasonal fruits (apples, pears). Enjoy a fenced 4x8 m pool, open from May to September, with set swimming hours. A tennis court is shared with the owners. A small unfenced pond is 200 m from the house; children should be supervised.
Comfortable interior:
You will have a spacious living/dining room, a bright lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has 5 carefully decorated bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and modern showers.
