Jolie maison de vacances proche plage avec parking privatif pour 2 voitures. Le logement situé au calme est clos de murs sans vis à vis. Il vous offrira un séjour détente pour toute la famille et/ou entre amis: une agréable pièce de vie avec cuisine tout équipée, 3 chambres indépendantes : 1 avec lit double (140 x 190), une autre avec lits jumeaux (90 x 190) avec 1 salle de bain + WC indépendant et une suite parentale avec salle d'eau et WC indépendant. Le quartier des Grenettes est résidentiel et paisible dans la pinède proche de la plage avec spot de surf.
A l'extérieur, coté jardin sans vis à vis, vous disposez d'une terrasse en bois avec un barbecue Weber électrique, une table avec des chaises et un parasol.
Vous disposez d'un lit pliant, d'un parc pliant et d'une chaise haute pour un bébé.
Le linge de lit n'est pas fourni; vous pouvez le louer pour 20€ par personne (cela comprend en plus du linge de lit 1 serviette de toilette + 1 serviette de bain par personne ainsi qu'une nappe pour la table et 1 torchon de vaisselle).

Maison agréable et bien placée. Très calme malgré la présence du camping à côté. Hôte pas pointilleux, sympatique et ouvert à nos petites remarques d'amélioration. Terrain bien clos idéal pour notre petit chien. Le jacuzzi = un vrai plus

Très bien

Super chouette location. Emplacement excellent mais petit bémol pour le fait qu’il y ait le camping juste à côté. (Je n’avais pas vu) Quartier très agréable, hors agglomération et très proche de la plage. Parking super confortable et jardin aussi. Jacuzzi est un plus apprécié. Mauvaise literie par contre. Lit adulte trop dur. Mon seul regret est que j’ai visiblement payé nettement trop cher puisque la même réservation l’an prochain et via le même site, me coûte 1000€ de moins. Étrange différence. Mais je recommande quand même car la maison est très chouette et de plain pied, idéale avec des petits enfants.
