In Rivedoux-Plage, the holiday flat "La Terrasse", facing the ocean, with Fort Boyard and the islands of Aix and Oleron in your sights, will give you the chance to spend an iodised holiday, as a couple or on your own, and to discover the charms of the Ile de Ré and La Rochelle!
This 24m² studio for 2 people, located on the 1st floor, has a bright living room with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and all the facilities you need for your comfort. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with WC.
A range of equipment completes the package (Wi-Fi, television, fan, Bluetooth speaker, etc.).
The highlight of this flat is its large 12m² terrace, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands, as well as the kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoil spots!
All you have to do is cross the road to find yourself on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, taking advantage of the many water-based activities or just relaxing with your feet in the water.
The residence, comprising just 6 homes, is a friendly place, with a focus on the sea, well-being and gliding.
It has a fully-equipped gym (with machines and yoga mats) with a sea view.
Storage racks for boards and an outdoor shower are also available in the garden to the rear of the building.
