This semi detached 18th century house, next to owner's, is set in the heart of Côtes de Blaye, de Bourg and Bordeaux's vineyards and has been converted in 2 holiday homes. Beautiful view, swimming pool (10m x 5m) with pool house and terrace. Large playing area (over 4 acres) with pond. Table tennis, table football, garage. Ground floor : Spacious family room : kitchen with microwave/ dining-room/lounge. Upper floor : 1 bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower room with hydro jet, 2 bedrooms (1 queensize, 2 single and 1 extra bed). Solar power heating included, wood burning stove (logs offered). Wifi access. House linen included. A magnificent view of the countryside awaits you!
