Located in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg vineyards, easily accessible via the D251, on a former wine estate, this Gironde house enjoys a pleasant setting and a lovely view of the surrounding vineyards. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a large living room, and a toilet. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms (the first has a 140x190cm bed and a private bathroom, the second has a 160x200cm bed, located next to the bathroom, and the third has two 90x200cm beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The accommodation benefits from a private outdoor space with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available. The house is adjoining the owner's property. Gas central heating, fireplace insert (wood provided), sheets and two tea towels are included. Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.
