Kayla from the front desk was delightful and welcomed us warmly. Room was nicely updated. Disappointed with the fire place and the only self burning log we found in the bathroom and took awhile to figure out how to heat the room which was freezing. Mini kitchenette was practical. My own negative comment was the level of clean. Floors were not vacuumed before us and the bathroom grout was a bit gross. Overall for a three star and the location, it was good. Perhaps ensure housekeeping vacuums and cleans floors after e every guest and have some instructions for the heating system and fireplace.

The hotel would be decent but while we were there it was undergoing renovations, and the hallways were a mess (especially outside of our room) and we were woken up in the morning by loud construction noises coming from both rooms on either side of us. Also, the sheets were so thin they were see-through, and the bed was a mattress on plywood. What was supposed to be a relaxing girls getaway was anything but relaxing.

The staff was great! It's a nice place if you want to be within walking distance of everything. I'm removing a star as there was a lack of cleanliness. There was lots of dust, and the shower was not clean.

I loved the outside hot tub area but the room was too outdated with very old and tired furniture. It needs to be renovated. It wasn’t very clean either, crumbs on the floor throughout the room and food in the drain stopper in kitchenette sink. Also, the carpets in all the hallways were in desperate need of a vacuum.
