Gîte of 92 m² (ground floor + st.). Living room with kitchenette and lounge area, accessible bedroom and shower room with toilet, 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine upstairs (extra bed 1 bed 90). Private terrace 20 m² + private land 200 m². Additional room of 25 m² shared by the 2 gîtes with board games, ping-pong table, washing machine... Cleaning during the stay: 30 euros. 1 hour from St-Etienne, Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand. Possibility of renting another adjoining rural gîte with completely independent and private access for 4 people nearby (n°3057). Structure that can accommodate a person with a hearing, mental or motor disability. To make your stay even more pleasant, charges are included in the price, as well as the rental of sheets.
