Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living room, bathroom (shower and toilet), laundry room.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed and baby bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), bathroom (bathtub and toilet). Electric heating and wood (provided free of charge).
Natural grounds with lawn (1500m²), large terrace offering unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, garden furniture, and barbecue. Horses are welcome. Lapalisse is 25 km away. Vichy 35 km.
Gîte Bonus: Free firewood provided. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 people and two of the upstairs bedrooms can sleep 1 person. A maximum of 4 additional guests are allowed at a rate of €15 per person per night.

Heating and electricity are the guest's responsibility and must be paid on site at the end of the stay.
